在教育部和德国博世公司合作备忘录的框架下，同济大学中德职业教育能力中心(CoC)和博世汽车服务技术有限公司强强合作，助力SGAVE体系继续发展和推广

为落实李克强总理和德国总理默克尔关于进一步拓展两国职业教育合作的倡议，2020年9月，教育部与德国罗伯特·博世有限公司以换文形式签署《中华人民共和国教育部与德意志联邦共和国罗伯特·博世有限公司关于深入推进产教融合 在华开展“双元制”职业教育和应用型人才培养合作的谅解备忘录》。中德双方将聚焦中方院校和行业需求开展合作，探索建立符合中国职业教育改革发展且适应现代职业教育体系需要的校企深入合作模式。

在该合作备忘录的框架下，同济大学中德职业教育能力中心(CoC)和博世汽车服务技术有限公司也签署了合作备忘录。双方将作为项目的实施方密切合作，进一步开发基于SGAVE体系的现代教育课程，服务于中国职业学校和应用型本科院校，大力培养适应中国现代化技术发展需求的技能型人才。

博世汽车服务技术有限公司作为独立汽车服务解决方案提供商，不仅为全球的汽车售后市场提供全系列诊断、维修设备和汽车配件，同时也提供检测、维修站技术、诊断软件、服务培训和信息服务 。同济大学中德职业教育能力中心(CoC)和博世汽车服务技术有限公司的合作关系是目前SGAVE项目的完美补充，将为更多汽车品牌，而不仅仅局限于德国汽车品牌提供知识迁移、教师资质认证、汽车车间设备清单和课程大纲开发等服务，使SGAVE项目更具普适性和通用性。

2021年是SGAVE体系成立十周年，同济大学中德职业教育能力中心(CoC)很高兴能拥有博世汽车服务技术有限公司作为合作伙伴。博世汽车服务技术有限公司在汽车行业，尤其是在智能制造领域有强大的背景，而同济大学中德职业教育能力中心（CoC）在SGAVE项目实施过程中获取了丰富的经验。双方的合作必将为SGAVE体系注入新技术、新职业和新的教育机会，并将其提供给合作伙伴院校，从而为未来十年职业教育领域的双方稳定合作奠定基础。

Certification Program for Teachers Part 1

The qualification of teachers is one of the most important factors for the quality of education at our schools. The responsibility of our teachers is changing from a mere transfer of knowledge to a person who is able to plan and develop lessons and support students in preparing their own skills for their future tasks in the working world.

In the SGAVE system there are three levels in the certification program for teachers. The first part focuses on the systematic development of action-oriented teaching based on the model of the German dual vocational training system. In the next parts the knowledge is deepened.

We make this course available online for all interested teachers. Prerequisite is an online registration in our Learning Management System. We also offer classroom courses. Please contact us for further information:

师资认证是学校教育质量保证的重要环节之一。教师的责任要从单纯的知识传授转变为课程规划、开发，并帮助学生在技能上做好准备以应对将来工作中的实际任务。

SGAVE体系的师资认证课程包括三个阶段。第一阶段主要以德国双元制职业教育为示范，对以实践为导向的课程进行系统开发。后续阶段将对这些知识进行深化。
