SGAVE Auditor Training in Shanghai

To promote the SGAVE project and ensure the quality of implementation, the annual training for the responsible auditors of the SGAVE schools took place on 21st March.

As always, there was an extensive program on the agenda in which the future auditors were trained on their tasks. These are the following training content:

develop four competencies of the auditors
explain the examination indicators of the examination process from different angles
share experiences of representatives of manufacturers with teachers
to inform about the current status of the audit work (especially about the new digital platform)
Teachers discuss in the group

The auditor training is part of the quality assurance process of our SGAVE schools. Various data from the schools are collected and made available in corresponding reports. This gives the management of the SGAVE schools and the COC the opportunity to monitor the quality and take appropriate action.

For the first time, an online portal will collect and archive all results from the audit activities this year. Thus, the participating SGAVE schools can see their results online in a timely manner. The COC and the Ministry of Education can view the overall results of the schools and respond specifically to trends and weaknesses.
