SGAVE audit training in the background of Covid 19

In order to ensure that SGAVE auditors are still able to conduct certification audits of our SGAVE partner schools and provide better service, the Center of Competence (CoC) at Tongji University conducted a live training session on April 15, 2020. A total of 28 teachers from several SGAVE partner schools participated in the live training.

In the background of the Covid 19 epidemic, the SGAVE auditor training was converted into online training. Different modules were offered. Besides explanatory videos, the necessary audit process descriptions and document standards were provided. Finally, on April 15th, a live training took place, where three experienced SGAVE instructors presented different topics and were available for questions.

For the first time CoC used a live training to actively respond to the national call to “save time, reduce costs and eliminate the risk of epidemic infection”. In addition, all participants also used the new SGAVE platform, which will be used for all teacher training courses in the future. This significantly improves the learning efficiency of the training and saves time and costs.
