Workshop in Berlin
Within the SGAVE project we met for the first time in Berlin a standardization of teacher training with our partners in Berlin. The learning content for a certification program and technical seminars for our teachers were discussed. Our common goal is to provide teacher education with different training centers, with the same learning content and under the same conditions for Chinese teachers. These seminars are offered in Germany and China.
In order to ensure the quality and comparability of such measures in the future, quality standards are defined that are measurable and ensure a high level in the long term and allow systematic further development.
Under the direction of Tongji University, the measures will be promoted in China and made available to schools and teachers. Thus, the Chinese schools have an interface in China, which historically represents the strongest Sino-German institution. We will publish the defined training offer in China in the next few weeks and currently make it available in two languages (Chinese and German).
We would like to thank you for the cooperative cooperation of the German partners and thank you for the openness and the constructive workshop. Only together can we achieve a truly systematic development of schools and their teachers in the long term.
